Yes I know what your thinking… not another green smoothie recipe right? Well yes it is, even though I do apologise with my backyard photography skills, this gone mad smoothie doesn’t look that appealing but it actually is belly scrumptious, I pinky promise YOU! This creamy drink of sunshine is jam packed full of fiber and a rainbow of health for your insides, as always it’s a no fuss easy recipe so let’s get mixing my friends …
What goodness is required?
1/2 a frozen banana
2 frozen kiwi fruits chopped in half
1/2 an avocado
A handful of fresh coriander
A squeeze of a lemon wedge
1/2 cup of filtered water
1/2 cup of coconut water * optional
1 tsp of grated ginger * optional
1 tsp of alkalising greens probiotic powder
Essentials – A Blender
One step instruction – lovingly place all ingredients in together and whizz away .
* If your feeling a little playful feel free to add in a scoop of natural peanut butter and maybe add a handful of spinach.
