If you are new to yoga, Stacey suggests to just start off by doing the first 3 chapters – it will feel like a complete all body warm up practice. Then if you have a bit more time and energy, add in chapter 4- Greet the Day which is the classic yoga “sun salute”- good for energising and strengthening the body!
“Surrender to the flow” and “Finding Balance” are a bit more challenging so you can leave them out at first, and work up to it over time if needed. The chapters “release” “restore” “reconnect” “breathe” are designed to calm down and relax, so perfect to do at the end of your practice, or at the end of the day before bed.
